Through asanas, pranayama, kriyas, and meditation, I guide my students towards a deeper understanding of themselves and their potential.

  • Conducted yoga sessions for over 150 policemen at Dadar Police Headquarters.
  •  Implemented yoga programs in various corporate settings, tailoring practices to the unique needs of working professionals.
  • Facilitated yoga classes for children with special needs, adapting techniques to support their growth and development.
  • Led workshops focused on specific health concerns such as PCOD, pregnancy, and mental well-being.
